Deposit &
Scheduling Policies
A deposit is required for tattoo appointments. Deposits are a minimum of $100.00 and up to $300.00. Deposits are non-refundable, and not transferable between artists. Deposits are applied to the tattoo during your (last) session, when the tattoo is completed.
Alterations/adjustments to the design are permissible, encouraged, and sometimes necessary to meet the clients expectations. If the alterations/adjustments are excessive and/or repetitive, you agree to forfeit your deposit. If the design discussed during the consultation is changed the deposit will be forfeited, and the artist holds the right to accept or decline the new design. Arrangements can be made ahead of time to view your design prior to your appointment, as per your artist’s design policy.
Appointments;
Arrive to your scheduled appointment on time. If you are running late, let us know. We are able to hold your scheduled time for 15 minutes, or per artist discretion. If you are unable to arrive to your scheduled appointment within the grace period, resulting in a reschedule, you will forfeit your deposit.
Identification;
State issued photo identification is required for all tattoo services, with the exception of consultations. We are unable to accept photocopies of identification. It must be the original, or a certified copy. If you do not have proper identification, we will be unable to provide services, you will forfeit your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
Rescheduling;
If you need to reschedule your appointment you will need to give notice at least 72 hours in advance. We can only reschedule your appointment one time. If more than one reschedule takes place, your deposit will be forfeited.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, and are unsure of a new date that will work, you will have 30 days to schedule a new date. Failure to schedule a new date within this time frame will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Any reschedule with a consequence of deposit forfeiture will require a new deposit to reschedule.
Damaged Skin;
We cannot tattoo near, on, or around, rashes, sunburns, or damaged skin. Your skin will not be healthy enough to tattoo without complications.
You will need to contact your artist at least 72 hours prior to your appointment to inform them you need to reschedule. If you arrive for your appointment with damaged skin; a reschedule, deposit forfeiture and a new deposit will be required. Take care of your skin!
Cancellations;
If you cancel your appointment you will forfeit your deposit. If you fail to reschedule your appointment within the allotted 30 day period, we will consider your appointment cancelled, therefore will result in a forfeit of your deposit.
No-Call-No-Show;
If you fail to arrive to your appointment without notice you will forfeit your deposit. A new deposit of two times amount of the original deposit will be required to reschedule. If you fail to arrive to the secondary appointment, you will forfeit your deposit, and not be allowed to schedule future appointments.
